CNBC TV18 exclusive interview with Marc Faber : ...no question about it this is a bear market it begun actually a year ago and then QE2 came in and kicked up stocks but the majority of stocks did not make a new high and we picked out on the S&P at 1370 on May 2nd 2011 and since then the technical action on the market has been horrible....
