Marc Faber: Driving Motorcycles in Thailand is One of the most dangerous things to do in life

"I always tell people I'm a great optimist," Dr. Marc Faber said Wednesday in an interview on CNBC's "Trading Nation." "One of the most dangerous things to do in life is to drive motorcycles in Thailand. And I have five motorcycles."

"I'm most gloomy about the prospects of the global economy, but it doesn't mean that markets will go down," Faber said, thanks to "mad professors at central banks"

Marc Faber is an international investor known for his uncanny predictions of the stock market and futures markets around the world.Dr. Doom also trades currencies and commodity futures like Gold and Oil.
